15 minutes of Buteyko Breathing

Here is a short example of some Buteyko breathing. Try it out and see what you think.

Begin to learn the benefits of slowing your breathing to open up your circulation, feel more of your body, and begin to understand that when you control you rate of breathing you control your nervous system. This is because the way you breathe is the key to your voluntary and autonomic nervous system. When you breathe slower, especially through your nose it downregulates your nervous system ie. it calms you down. It doesn’t matter what’s happen around you or within you, you have control by using your breath.
