This 15 minutes breathing meditation is a very basic meditation and breathwork. This will help you reduce stress, relax, concentrate, and feel better. Most of the time when I feel under the weather its simply I’m not breathing well and when I take a few minutes to work on it the mysterious symptoms subside.
