Classes will incorporate elements of:

Tummo breathing as styled by the Wim Hof Method instructor course that Brian completed

Pineal gland squeezes that get increasingly more effective with additional work and instruction to activate this center, with instruction drawn on techniques popularized by Dr. Joe Dispenza (not affiliated) and Mantak Chia (not affiliated)

Slow breathing and humming to relax the nervous system to activate and align the body so energy flows more effectively

Explanations from both Western and Eastern sciences to explain the how and what is happening with the breath and the body so the participant can better understand and potentially teach others this technique as well

Classes are not Dogmatic, they will provide examples of how I do things, and the student can absolutely do it that way, or figure out how they want to do it themselves. Paces of breathing and breath holds will be completed, but it is up to the student ot decide how much and how far they personally can go

Nutrition to assist with difficulties breathing, how to clear the nose without drugs, using things like alkaline foods and lemon water to help with clearing of mucus to assist with better breathing and lowering inflammation

Basic mobility and self body work students can use to assist with loosening their own body and teaching this to others as well. Many variations of position and techniques are encouraged. I want the people taking this course to be able to fully understand what I know on this topic and be able to teach this to others in an intelligent and intuitive way

****Activities should always be conducted in a safe space and in a safe position. Seated or laying down is the only way to do this, in an area where if you faint you will fall onto something soft and safe (no water, no cliffs, no driving, no standing) pillows are lovely around a chair or on the ground, laying down is the simplest and safest ways for beginners****
